Download vMonitor Report Design Updates - do not download these update files if you are using vMonitor release prior to 03.02.08
1. Check the Report Version/ID printed at the lower left corner in each report to see if you need an update. 2. Stop/Exit the Visual Monitor Reports program before you proceed to update. 3. Make a backup copy of vMonitor reports in your PC. The default vMonitor report directory is c:\Program Files\Visual Monitor\report\. 4. Right click on the Report Design File name and select Save Target As. 5. Replace the report file into vMonitor report directory.

1. Stop/Exit the Visual Monitor MIB Discover program before you proceed to update. 2. Download the MIB.MDB update file and unzip the mib.mdb into vMonitor program directory. The default is c:\Program Files\Visual Monitor\.
